Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SafeRoute API, website, or dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SafeRoute is operated by Murli V Tech Private Limited ("SafeRoute", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

2. Description of Service

SafeRoute provides an AI-powered vehicle safety intelligence API that processes vehicle motion signals to detect distress patterns and dispatch emergency alerts. The Service includes:

• Real-time EPS (Emergency Probability Score) computation
• Automatic alert dispatch (in-app, email, WhatsApp, SMS, webhook)
• Dashboard for monitoring sessions, alerts, and vehicle safety
• Billing and subscription management

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and password. You are liable for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

SafeRoute offers the following plans:

• Trial — Free, 14 days, 1,000 API calls/month
• Starter — ₹2,999/month, 50,000 API calls/month
• Growth — ₹7,999/month, 200,000 API calls/month
• Fleet — ₹19,999/month, 200,000 API calls/month
• Enterprise — ₹49,999/month, 1,000,000 API calls/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

GST invoices are generated automatically for each payment and are available in your dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Exceed your plan's API call or vehicle limits
• Share your API key with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the ACTEDS algorithm
• Send fraudulent or test signals to trigger false alerts
• Resell or white-label the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

The ACTEDS (Autonomous Condition-Triggered Encryption and Decryption System) algorithm is patent-pending (Provisional Patent: ACTEDS-2026-001-ALGO). All software, documentation, and trademarks are the property of Murli V Tech Private Limited.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations during your subscription term.

7. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all vehicle data you send to the Service. We process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for obtaining consent from drivers and passengers before collecting location and motion data.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our control (infrastructure failures, force majeure). Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is a safety assistant, not a guarantee. SafeRoute does not guarantee that emergencies will be detected or that alerts will reach recipients. You maintain primary responsibility for the safety of your drivers and passengers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Trial accounts that expire are deleted after 90 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
