VV / MURLI V TECH

A proposed safety pilot for Bharat Taxi

Journey monitoring and driver-evidence review, connected to nominated police stations.

PILOT HYPOTHESIS

The gap we want to test

Useful journey observations can be separated from the team responsible for the current area. Driver documents can also arrive incomplete or inconsistent.

HOW THE INTEGRATION WORKS

One participating journey

The operator sends authorised GPS and check-in events. VV evaluates signal quality and risk. The station covering the current location receives a fresh view.

CURRENT-LOCATION VISIBILITY

A → B → C station coverage

A cab appears in the configured current station area. As ownership changes, the previous station removes it from its fresh snapshot. Missing location is shown as unavailable.

RIDER EXPERIENCE

A check-in before escalation

When stable risk rises, an upcoming check-in can move forward with a 60-second response window. The foreground app vibrates for a new prompt.

AI-ASSISTED VERIFICATION / PROPOSED

Driver evidence, easier to review

Extraction assistance can organise document fields. Local checks flag missing numbers, expiry and inconsistencies. Authorised records and officers establish verification.

DRIVER PROFILE

State changes update the checklist

Show issuing jurisdiction, operating jurisdiction, document expiry, verification source and outstanding requirements. Keep service ratings separate.

EVALUATION & COST

Learning without hidden threshold changes

Review real and false alerts, plus independently identified missed incidents. Test candidate changes on held-out journeys before a versioned rollout.

RECOVERY

Failures stay visible

Connection loss produces a stale-data warning. Optional encrypted delivery queues retry temporary failures. Old events are held for review. Recovery records can be checked for alteration.

PROPOSED SCOPE

A trial with clear ownership

Start with one operator and up to 10 nominated stations, subject to agreement. Validate fictional journeys first, then shadow monitoring, then a limited authorised pilot.

SUCCESS MEASURES

Evidence before expansion

Measure boundary handover delay, location freshness, prompt delivery, alert acknowledgement, false alerts, missed incidents and document-review time.

NEXT DECISION

The opportunity we are requesting

Nominate an operator technical lead and a police pilot lead. Agree the data contract, verification sources, trial geography and acceptance criteria.
